It is the influence of the music we love: It has been way too long blogger.

Like always, I haven't kept up with this in quite some time. But now I feel as though I'm at the right moment in life to start it up.

It is now about 2 months in to me being a college student. I currently attend New Jersey City University and I'm attempting to major in Journalism while minoring in Music History. May I remind many that my hometown is on Long Island so I'm about close to two hours away from home. I knew noone upon entering but it was a fresh start that needed to happen.
I have an amazing roommate named Jasmine who is completely opposite of me, yet we get along like sisters. She introduces me to completely different music, friends, culture, and manorisms. I met amazing people here who are deffinetly going to make my college experience a one-of-a-kind thing. My classes are okay, and I'm getting by fairly well. I'm also on the NJCU bowling team which is full of the most amazing people/friends that are lucky that we all met eachother. Being in a dorm is like living in an apartment, and yes I'm the messiest person alive and it doesn't help having a clean freak for a roomie (sorry jas!). Overall I love it here and I love being away from home but at the same time I miss my boyfriend Bobby.
We have been dating for quite a while and I miss him everyday. Don't get me wrong; we talk every second we can, and see eachother as much as possible but nothing will ever compare to me being at my house and having him pull into my driveway and pulling me straight into his arms. Now that bowling season is starting it's going to be less and less easier to see him but we will make it work. I know us, I know him, and I know me. Everything will be fine and I look forward to vacation breaks more and more as each day passes.

I should be completely getting an english essay done but screw that, this is what procrastination is for.
